Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course)
Preferably with sales or customer service-related experience
