Qualifications:

+ Three to five years of business-to-business sales support, order entry, or customer service experience.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP software experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Manufacturing experience or customer service in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

+ Commitment to excellence and high standards.

+ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Ability to log data efficiently and accurately.

+ Understand and respond to a diversity of individuals.
