Summary: The Sales Support Generalist provides assistance in any of the 4 Sales Support functions – Hosted Buyer, Event Registration, Data Management and Event Relations.
Accountabilities:
Hosted Buyer:
Provide full-time customer service to all hosted buyer/ TAP queries
Provide ad-hoc support to the Hosted Buyer/TAP Account Managers during recruitment and data cleaning activities
Actively support the delivery of the hosted buyer / TAP programs, call campaign, inbox management, vetting, persona profiling, tiering,
Provide professional service and support for all Hosted Buyer / TAP attendees, striving to exceed customer expectations
Proactively seek out information about each show to provide accurate information to customers
