Project Implementation – Work closely with cross-functional teams and perform installation, testing and commissioning to site acceptance testing or the full Cx testing on our Systems and Solutions, including live load migrations when applicable.
Incident Management- manage and provide support including attending call-outs when activated, adhering to the service level agreements.
Documentation – ensure incidents are documented and accurate documentation of process,
Conduct training for customer and internally to the service tech in improving their skills and knowledge.
Conduct site assessment, generate proposal and cost sheet.
Be point of contact on technical and quality improvement between the customer, internal team and regional office.
