We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Analyst to support our sales team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficiency of our commercial operations, enabling Sales Executives to focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

You will act as a key partner to the sales team, supporting deal flow, managing client documentation, coordinating communications, and maintaining CRM data integrity in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales Executives;
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking opportunities;
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client-facing documentation;
• Support outbound and inbound client communications;
• Coordinate meetings, client calls, and follow-ups;
• Track client onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of documentation;
