Provide dedicated support for CargoWise (CW) sales‑related issues.
Serve as the subject matter expert for sales teams on CW sales module inquiries and proper data setup.
Perform data validation and basic analysis on sales entries to identify discrepancies and prevent billing issues.
Support operations by troubleshooting sell rating errors.
Ensure smooth and accurate implementation of client rates, customer quotations, and one‑off quotes in coordination with Customer Service, Operations, and Billing teams to enable successful autorating.
Participate in CargoWise implementation and post‑implementation activities, including testing and alignment of sales entry workflows.
