Manage distributor within assigned territories and coach distributor sales reps for performance in relation to the targets set & build a winning spirit within the team
Prepare plans with focus on results vs target set
Monitor, evaluate and track weekly & monthly Sell In / Sell Out targets and take necessary actions to achieve them
Conduct market visits to ensure activities are implemented as planned and provide feedback to distributor to ensure gaps are closed timely
Effective trade spend management in devising effective promo plans and optimizing budget utilization
Manage and improve stock in distributor’s warehouse to a healthy level
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experienced in FMCG Trade Field Sales
