            Key Responsibilities   Sales & Business Development   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vegetable products 
Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, wet markets, wholesalers, and food service clients 
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base 
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities 
 Team Supervision   Supervise and guide sales executives or merchandisers 
Assign daily routes, sales targets, and delivery schedules 
Conduct performance tracking and provide coaching to improve results 
 Inventory & Supply Coordination   Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability 
Monitor vegetable freshness, quality, and shelf life 
Reduce wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO system)
