Job Purpose We are looking for a detail oriented & proactive professional to support a high performing sales team. In this role, you will be a direct extension of the account managers, you will help drive coordination, preparation, and operational support for key customer engagements and high-value enterprise opportunities. Responsibilities
1. Sales Quotation & Proposal Support
Prepare accurate, well-structured, and professionally formatted sales quotations based on customer requirements within SLA.
Support Account Managers in assigned customer projects, including quotation follow-up, deployment insights, and project coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Product) and external stakeholders (Partners, OEMs) to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tender participation.
