The Site Officer serves as the main Officer in Charge in a specific project showroom who is responsible for the following:
The efficient operations and regular upkeep of our project showroom that includes the promotion of the project branding across all areas (physical amenities, manning personnel, decorum and event set‑ups/facilitation), ensures the prompt attendance, attire and decorum of sales personnel in charge of manning; ensures all facilities and equipment are in good physical and working conditions; and provides a daily report for the above.
The professional delivery of project presentations to the showroom for clients in the absence of a sales officer (e.g., walk‑ins), or if the sales officer is not equipped with adequate knowledge of the project needs assistance.
