Roles & Responsibilities
Sales order processing - Sales order/ purchases order/ Delivery order/ invoicing.
Provide, assist & support sales and administraction in all other matters.
Assist & support Service & Technical Team such as service schedule.
Handling import & export matters including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs.
Product inventory control/ Management.
Handle faxes/ letters/ enquiries internally & externally.
Other task that assign by the management.
Requirements
At least 1 year sales admin coordinator experience.
Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
Require to work on alternate Saturday.
Able to start work immediately.
