Various sales and commercial activities to meet corporate revenue, tonnage, and yield objectives
Maintain and develop productive business relationships with customers (for example: freight forwarders)
Identify and develop new customer segments (road feeder, offline etc)
Negotiate mid- longer-term volume and rate agreements, as well as conditions of contract with existing and new customers according to Cargolux’s process & standards
Pro-actively act on the daily “need for cargo” by following the daily quotation success ratios, liaise with the Inhouse Sales Manager and execute defined actions
Periodic communication with customers to ensure visibility and awareness of Cargolux’s Network, Products, value-added services, and opportunities
Planning and executing of periodic customer visits and follow up through CRM reporting
