Position Summary
The Sales Representative drives sales growth by achieving targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong in-store execution for Energizer products across assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of Energizer products (e.g., batteries, flashlights, portable lighting, light bulbs, auto care) within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
- Execute daily store visits to ensure optimal product visibility, stock availability, right product mix and point-of-sale (POS) compliance.
- Ensure 100% field contact report (FCR) with distributor sales agent to achieve daily target and give meaningful insights to address concerns.
- Weekly monitoring of DMS (sell-out) reports of the distributor.
- Implement trade marketing programs, local promotions, and merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
