Responsibilities

• Promote, maintain, and increase sales of labels and consumables by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions using Bizerba’s product offerings.
• Support customer success through accurate file preparation, proofing, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with customer service, vendors, and internal teams.
• Stay current on Bizerba’s product lines, competitive activity, and industry trends.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and track activities.
