Responsibilities
Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels
Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services
Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms
Educate on benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions
Build trust and motivate students to become active traders
Follow communication standards and approved sales scripts
Accurately manage and update data in the CRM system
Track and respond to student interactions across multiple channels
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates
Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies
