Under the supervision of the Team Leader, responsible for all sales activities and performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Guide customers by providing information on products.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Direct customers by showing shelves or bins; suggesting items with marketing promotions.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions.
• Record and monitor all sales transactions in proper mediums (CSI, POS, or ESR).
• Ensure daily sales targets are met in conformity with monthly quota.
• Receive, safeguard, and transmit cash and other forms of payment.
