            Proactively call and follow up on leads to promote and sell solar battery products 
Educate prospective customers on the benefits, savings, and installation process of solar battery systems 
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up schedules 
Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products 
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system 
Collaborate with the Australian head office and installation partners for seamless customer handovers 
Proven experience in Solar Sales Campaign is a must 
Experience in call center is a must 
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities 
Comfortable working in a performance-based, remote environment 
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Salesforce
