This role supports the full life cycle recruitment process for BlueGrace Logistics, with a primary focus on sales recruiting and campus hiring initiatives . Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding new hires, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers to understand job profiles, required skills, and ideal candidate backgrounds.
• Posts open positions across job boards and screens applications to assess qualifications and competencies.
