            Primary Responsibilities:  Salon Visits & Client Engagement:  Visit hair salons regularly to identify potential clients and build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists. 
Approach and introduce professional hair care products to salon owners, explaining key benefits and differentiators. 
  
Product Demonstration & Promotion:  Demonstrate product usage techniques, including application, benefits, and outcomes. 
Provide hands‑on trials, samples, and product education to encourage adoption and sales. 
  
Sales Execution & Follow‑Up:  Secure sales orders and meet individual and team sales targets. 
Conduct follow‑up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, replenish stock, and introduce new products or promotions.
