**Sales/ Program Manager**:
**Objectives of this role**
- 1. Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs
- 2. Develope and execute a Sales Plan in order to increase sales portfolio
- 3. Build and strengthen costomer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- 4. Maintain accurate costomers records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- 5. Work with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- 6. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to costomers
