The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the operational engine that powers dopay’s revenue growth. This role ensures that our sales organization is efficient, data-driven, compliant with process, and supported with the right tools and insights to reach—and exceed—sales targets.
Core focus areas include CRM administration, sales process design, analytics & reporting, pipeline integrity, enablement collaboration, and performance optimization.
