Responsibilities - Reporting directly to Head of Division of Alternative Wealth Management (AWM)
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and customer analysis
- Upkeep of customers' data
- Looking and sourcing for vendors as and when required
- Planning and budgeting for festive occasions such as Christmas/Chinese New Year etc
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and re-ordering process
- Supporting the sales force with general operations
- Provide ad hoc administrativesupport as needed to staff and department
Contractual Period - Permanent
- Up to $2000 based on qualificationand experience
Working Hours - Mon-Fri (9:30am to 6:30pm)
