Own day-to-day operational execution across multiple business lines, including Sales and Support. Lead and develop large teams (historical experience managing 100+ headcount). Build operating rhythms and performance management systems (weekly scorecards, pipeline hygiene, QA/coaching loops, capacity planning). Partner closely with the BU Head to translate strategy into execution, and remove operational bottlenecks. Implement and continuously improve an AI-native sales operations stack (tools, workflows, automation, enablement).
