Sales Operations Analyst

At Specialized, we believe data is crucial in modernizing our business. Specialized is seeking a motivated and experienced analyst to help deliver insights from our data and keep the business running smoothly. Reporting into our North America Sales Operations team, this role will interface with teams throughout the North America business to streamline business processes, support the Sales team, build business tools/reports, and present recommendations to leadership.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for Sales team escalations, navigating complex business scenarios, resolving critical issues, and aligning decisions with senior and executive management.
