Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales quotations - sales orders accurately and in timely manner,
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and smooth fulfillment to the customer,
Provide report on delivery date updates to customer, ensuring timely and transparent communication,
Local office spare parts depot management.
Adapt to dynamic team needs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Business / Management or relevant disciplines
2- 3 years' working experience preferred (Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered)
Experience in using SAP especially S/4 HANA or relevant working experience gained from MNC is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good proficiencies in Microsoft offices application particularly excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge on Co-pilot is an added advantage
