Identify and develop new business opportunities across aerospace, defence, electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors for surface finishing, NDT, welding, and MRO services.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts across all business units (ATC Treatment, ATC Aviation, ATC Coating, ApolloFlow); conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, and capability presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Support customer qualification processes by coordinating with Quality and Operations teams to meet customer-specific requirements.
Maintain a sales pipeline and report on leads, opportunities, and conversion rates to Management.
