JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION
You are responsible to serve customer accounts of the company and deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales growth. You also build and develop a solid relationship between major key accounts and the company so as to drive sustainable business growth.
. Managing client accounts including finding and following new sales leads
. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively
. Work alongside the sales team to achieve sales targets, set goals and motivate members
. Required to plan and think strategically to achieve sales budgets
. Good analytical and communication skills to communicate effectively to the team
. Work with internal team and brand team to make business plans for growth of Key accounts
. Anticipate key account changes and improvements
