RISE for Business (RFB) is BCG’s flagship programme designed to help Singapore’s Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) unlock growth and build future-ready capabilities—without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Through hands-on learning, real business problem-solving, and coaching from industry experts, SMEs accelerate their digital, AI, and transformation journeys.

The programme is supported by the Singapore government and aligned with national digitalisation goals. Eligible companies can receive up to 90% funding support through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and enhanced subsidy schemes.
