Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue through strategic sales initiatives, account management, and business development. The role focuses on securing corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and group bookings while supporting the successful pre-opening and market positioning of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Drive room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets
Develop and manage corporate, government, travel agency, and group accounts
Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and business development activities
Build strategic partnerships with travel trade and tourism stakeholders
Support pre-opening sales initiatives and hotel launch activities
