Responsible for the daily and weekly planning of all sales and distribution activities, including related Marketing initiatives. This includes optimizing delivery routes, managing stock levels across multiple stores through the team of Sales Coordinators, Sales Analyst and Sales & Marketing Admin. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of data analysis to identify gaps, opportunities and reduce waste, and who can also provide hands-on coaching and leadership to their team. This role is about achieving realistic sales targets and efficient, sustainable operations.
