Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing Mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network, ensuring consistent lead generation, partner management, and high-quality portfolio onboarding across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities



Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business through existing and new DSAs.


Build and maintain strong working relationships with DSAs and connectors.


Handle file sourcing, documentation, login, and coordination with credit teams.


Track daily sourcing and ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
