SUMMARY:
Our client within the flavour & fragrance industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. Previous experience managing a team and travelling into Africa will be required.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification an added bonus 5+ years experience in sales and marketing (preference will be given to someone coming from the flavour/colour/ingredients/fragrance sectors) Previous experience managing a team - essential Sales experience and sales management experience into Africa is an advantage but preferred Must be able to travel monthly to coastal regions of SA and also in Africa (Zim, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Ghana, Zambia, Botswana) Must have strong analytical skills, be fully computer literate, must be strong with Excel and enjoy working with data Must have managed a sales team before- current team is 8 people Duties: Developed new business and managed existing clients Negotiated new contracts Collaborated with cli...
