Aiding the regional sales office in carrying out business-related tasks, including but not limited to:
Provide direct support to the sales department and coordinate among Key Account Managers representing diverse regions, customers, and laboratories.
Organize customer information, marketing materials, etc., and support BD in scheduling visits/meetings and other associated agendas.
Oversee the summary and analysis of regional business reports.
Follow up or remind Sales office to follow up contract signing or issue PO by clients, issue work order, monitor the onboarding survey process/reporting process, send report to clients, invoice submission and collection.
Follow up and support the sales office in completing the process and system of the requested ship product line.
Salesforce platform information, such as daily client communication records, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
