Develop and implement marketing strategies, tools, and market insights to support CBG Relationship Managers and RBG Business Managers/Sales Officers in achieving cash management goals
Promote and drive adoption of assigned cash management products, monitoring performance metrics such as throughput, CASA ADB/Float, and income by marketing unit
Generate demand through client diagnostics, solution-based selling, and preparation of proposals in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Sales Officers
Deliver client presentations, conduct internal seminars, and represent the Bank in functions related to cash management
Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and coordinate with Product Management for enhancements based on proven business models
