The Sales Manager will be accountable for management of the Luzon sales portfolio to maximize strategic and financial targets
Create an annual sales plan and execute agreed, approved and aligned sales strategy
Provide monthly forecast and ensure achievement of sales and collection target for the month
Manage the Luzon sales team to achieve the sales KPI
Manage the Luzon Retail Sales Associates assigned to the Gas and More to ensure safety and commercial process compliance and deliver the retail growth
Identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients, pricing opportunities to improve product profitability, ensure contracts with customers are in placed and implemented
