About the Role

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving BYD’s growth in the UK residential energy storage market by developing and expanding the installer and distribution network, identifying project opportunities, and supporting strong product adoption through both technical and commercial engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Installer & Channel Development

• Identify, approach, and onboard new solar installers, EPCs, distributors, and partners across the UK
• Develop structured account plans for key partners, including segmentation, growth strategy, and penetration targets
