Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track pipeline progress. 
Deliver high-level presentations to prospective clients. 
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives. 
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored IT and digital transformation solutions. 
Negotiate contracts, including pricing, terms, and service agreements. 
Serve as primary contact for major accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
