Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 5 years of sales experience in ICT Products and Solutions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth

• Experience handling SMB, Enterprise, and Government accounts

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and business development capabilities



Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies.

Manage and mentor Account Managers.

Monitor sales performance and KPIs.

Drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Conduct business reviews and sales forecasting.

Build partnerships with vendors and stakeholders.
