            Responsibilities  Understand relevant demographics and key consumer drivers of the GCC market and HNI markets 
Work closely with the brand team to implement SQ initiatives in key pockets 
Work closely with the Central marketing organisation to implement sourcing strategies 
Work closely with marketing and sales to execute community, brand and developer specific events 
Track the local media and work with content team to tailor PR and content strategies 
Track spends, MIS and report back to the CMO, board and Transaction Leader for the market 
Track developer relationships and update all teams on their launch calendar for timely response 
Work with project marketing teams on launch amplification and volume closures 
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to push social media content on relevant pages
