The Sales Manager role is to drive revenue growth by leading, coaching, and empowering the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets. • Onboard XPAs with their role and responsibilities and outline expectations
• Conduct shadow and triad observations on XPA Coaching sessions, huddles, workshops and pitch practice and provide constructive feedback and development to XPAs
