Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to guide customers and provide recommendations.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by engaging customers and encouraging sales, either through direct selling or in-store promotions.
Stock Management: Help manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing products, and monitoring stock levels.
Processing Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not always required.
On-the-job training may be provided for new hires.
