Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and coach Sales Executives
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead showroom operations, presentations, and test drives
- Implement sales strategies for retail and fleet clients
- Conduct sales meetings and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with Marketing for events and promotions
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure compliance with dealership processes and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years automotive sales experience (EV background is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
