Job Summary

The IT Recruiter executes staffing strategies and supports initiatives/programs within the Talent Acquisition function that will improve the overall talent in the organization. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates in consistent partnership with HR Leaders and Hiring Managers. This position will also consult with the Talent Acquisition Leadership to create new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes and tools that will attract, select and retain a qualified and diverse workforce.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • IT Recruiting/Staffing - Implement external recruiting/selection programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce, leveraging automated applicant tracking system. Oversee job postings and other internal talent recruitment/placement processes. Assist with the development of on-boarding processes that support talent retention.
