Role Summary
The Sales & Loyalty Market Manager is a subject matter expert in corporate self-managed accounts at Alaska Airlines. This role seeks opportunities in the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) sector, grows leads through the corporate landing page, develops lists of prospects, and engages new customers to grow the number and revenue from corporate ‘self-managed’ accounts leveraging Alaska’s small/medium business program.
Key Duties
Grow volume of ‘self managed’ accounts leveraging new ‘Alaska for Business’ platform.
Improve profitability of your portfolio of ‘self managed’ accounts including all air/card spend of linked travelers.
Support ‘self managed’ accounts and ensure high-levels of satisfaction measured by a quarterly quantitative survey.
