Job Purpose :
Lead sales and business development activities to achieve the company's revenue and profitability targets. Responsible for driving new customer acquisition (hunting) and expanding relationships with existing customers (farming). Build sustainable client partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value-driven solutions that support long-term business success.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the logistics, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, or related industries is highly preferred.
