Sales Operations & Strategy: Design, build, and continuously optimise the acquisition engine — from lead generation frameworks and sales playbooks to pipeline management and conversion tracking.
Team Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of field sales agents (Market Managers) across APAC markets, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
