Your role:

• Business Leadership & Performance

  • Own full P&L for Malaysia and Singapore, delivering against Annual Operating Plan and long‑term growth ambitions (revenue, margin, market share).
  • Lead market performance to strengthen Philips’ position as the number 1 brand in Personal Health.
  • Drive performance management through rigorous operating cadence, clear KPIs, and data‑driven decision‑making.

• Go‑to‑Market & Omni‑Channel Acceleration

  • Define and evolve channel strategies across offline retail, e‑commerce, and Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C).
  • Accelerate growth on key platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) while strengthening brand and conversion across all touchpoints.
