Business Leadership & Performance
- Own full P&L for Malaysia and Singapore, delivering against Annual Operating Plan and long-term growth ambitions (revenue, margin, market share).
- Lead market performance to strengthen Philips’ position as the #1 brand in Personal Health.
- Drive performance management through rigorous operating cadence, clear KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
Go-to-Market & Omni-Channel Acceleration
- Define and evolve channel strategies across offline retail, e-commerce, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
- Accelerate growth on key platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) while strengthening brand and conversion across all touchpoints.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure aligned portfolio prioritisation and impactful activation.
