            Job Description & Requirements  Meeting with clients and provide consultation to meet customers needs 
Conceptualize creative ideas and solutions 
Prepare proposals to meet clients requirements 
Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure smooth construction of the project 
Able to visualize concepts, drawings and explain details to clients 
 Responsibilities  Plan, design, addition and alteration and re configuration. 
Prepare construction drawings, write material specifications, and other design documentation 
Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with the QS and vendors to determine who can provide the best service. 
Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and other illustrations for better understanding of the client
