Job Summary:
Leads the hotel’s sales strategy to drive revenue, occupancy, and market growth while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Manage corporate, group, and travel accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Lead, coach, and monitor the Sales Team
- Handle client negotiations and partnerships
- Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality
- 5–8 years hotel sales experience, with leadership background
- Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in corporate and group accounts
